Chairman, Jerald W. Lowrimore and the board of directors are thrilled to introduce Christian Kelly as the new Chief Executive Officer of both Blu Cypress Solutions and  HeloEvac. 

Christian is an experienced insurance professional with deep roots in London. A Brit who became a naturalized American citizen in February 2023, he now resides in Liberty County, Texas.  Having previously practiced law in London advising Lloyd’s of London and the London Market as well as US domestic insurers, Christian has since headed claims departments of MGAs and TPAs on both sides of the pond.  Chistian’s deep understanding of the Lloyd’s market and the offering of policies of insurance from both sides of the Atlantic to energy and marine risks in and around the Gulf of Mexico, make him ideally placed to lead the new and evolved businesses of Blu Cypress and HeloEvac. 

Christian has been instrumental in assisting Blu Cypress Solutions to collaborate closely with syndicates at Lloyd’s of London to bring to fruition our skillfully constructed HeMEP program. Blu Cypress Solutions is positioned as an agent of certain underwriting syndicates at Lloyd’s of London and is authorized to underwrite an innovative emergency helicopter evacuation insurance product through our exclusive HeMEP policy. Designed to work as a cohesive unit, Blu Cypress Solutions will provide a gap-free, affordable coverage solution, while HeloEvac provides complete flight logistics and medical direction to our policyholders. In remote emergency medical situations, just one call by our policyholders ensures that all details, legwork, and payments are expertly handled on their behalf. We are delighted to welcome Christian as CEO to both Blu Cypress Solutions and HeloEvac to drive the businesses forward.
