When you call our toll-free line at 833-Helo Now, a Licensed Medical Director takes your call and assists you with an expert injury assessment and decision to fly.
Helicopter Dispatch
When the decision to fly is determined, HeloEvac assumes responsibility of dispatching the helicopter for you.
100% Paid Flights
HeloEvac pays 100% of the flight cost, directly to the helicopter operator. No waiting for slow claims processes.
Total Coverage
The subscriber will execute a subrogation receipt and an assignment of rights to HeloEvac, who in turn will pursue reimbursement from the appropriate insurer at its own risk.
Update Notices
HeloEvac subscribers will be kept up to date on all improvements and features added to the program, as they launch.
Data Collection
